Our AAA Beef Prime Rib Roast is a capless rib, expertly trimmed with the back rib removed and tied back on for easy carving. Weighing 6–6.5 lbs, this roast serves 6–8, making it perfect for family gatherings or special occasions. Locally raised and fresh, it’s a great cut of beef meant to be enjoyed together.

For larger gatherings, a 10–11 lb option is also available.
