Description

Bacon-wrapped scallops, individually skewered with toothpicks for easy serving. Sustainably sourced and expertly prepared, these scallops come from Afishionado Fishmongers in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

Each box includes two 12 oz packs (1.5 lbs total), ready to be baked, broiled, or pan-seared for a savoury, restaurant-quality appetizer or entrée.

Cooking Instructions

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Cook from frozen
CONVECTION OVEN: Cook 5 minutes less

1. Remove all packaging and carefully separate scallops on a wire rack or pan.
2. Bake on middle rack at 425 F (220 C) for 10 min. Remove from oven and turn.
3. Bake another 15-20 min, or until bacon is crisp and scallops are cooked.
4. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

NOTE: Contains raw product. Fully cook prior to consumption. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C). Scallops are cooked when milky white or opaque and firm. Not recommended for microwave ovens.
