- Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 220° C (425° F). Remove from packaging and place on a non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Cook on the middle rack of the oven for 20-22 minutes turning halfway until cooked through. Cook to an internal temperature of 70° C (158° F).
