Our Canadian Prime Rib Roast is a capless rib, expertly trimmed with the back rib removed and tied back on for easy carving. Made from Canada’s highest quality grade of beef, this 10–11 lb roast serves 10–12, making it perfect for larger gatherings or special occasions. Locally raised and fresh, it’s a great cut of beef meant to be enjoyed together.
For smaller gatherings, 6–6.5 lb option is also available.
