: Thaw and cook the same way you would cook your regular boneless skinless chicken thighs! Excellent baked and grilled! Perfect for sheet-pan chicken!

Here's our suggestion:

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet. Place thawed chicken thighs on abaking sheet and add any desired chopped vegetables (if it's a quick-cooking vegetable, add part-way through cooking).

Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 165ºF.
