These Gold Grade steaks, the highest grade offered by Snake River Farms, feature a Beef Marbling Score (BMS) of 9–12, delivering unmatched tenderness and flavour. The result of cross-breeding purebred Japanese Wagyu with Northwest American Angus, these ribeye steaks combine the luxurious marbling of Wagyu with the hearty, beefy flavour of Angus.
Perfect for special occasions, these steaks can be grilled, broiled or pan-seared for restaurant-quality results at home. Their generous size makes them great for sharing, though some may enjoy an entire steak on their own.
